the room was dirty with stains on the floor. but the breakfast was amazing with made-to-order omelets. the lobby was clean and well-maintained. the location was safe and easy to access.

However, the hot water supply in the showers was inconsistent. some mornings you'd be in for a surprise with sudden cold water, which isn’t ideal when trying to get everyone ready. The elevators seemed a bit worn, with a clunky feel that affected accessibility, especially when carrying luggage. On top of that, there were some cleanliness issues noted, like vacuuming inconsistencies on the early floor, which took away from the overall neatness you expect.

We stayed one night in a suite. The room was smaller than expected and not fully cleaned when we checked in. The fridge was missing a door rack too. But, the breakfast was awesome, especially the omelet station! Plus, the staff was super friendly, making things better overall.
